If the order needs to be approved by a manager, the manager must perform this action before the order can be shipped from the fulfillment warehouse. After this has been completed we will receive the order and our fulfillment agents will all work together to meet this deadline.  Our order processing system will ensure that there is no confusion and that each customer receives exactly what was requested. We will send an email confirmation detailing the when the order was shipped, the shipping carrier, the tracking number and the expected delivery date.
